    This week is National FFA week! Support our local FFA chapter and participate in the activities and dress up days!
    Today is Hat Day! We will be on a pm schedule today for the FFA assembly.

    The cheerleaders are at NMSU, Pan American Center Saturday for competition.  The will perform at 8:30am  Good luck ladies and gentlemen.

    The JROTC BLOOD DRIVE will be held Monday, February 27Th, in the high school gym, from 8:30am to 2:15pm. 16 and 17 year olds will need to have a waiver signed by their guardians.  The forms are available in the office or the JROTC building. 

    Monday there will be a Thrive meeting (formerly Bible club) in the Ag classroom at lunch.  Come and join us for a time of growing together.  Lunch will be provided for members.

    Anyone interested in playing football next year please see Coach Terrazas for more information.
     Any boy interested in playing spring basketball should see Coach Bastine to sign up. Anyone participating in baseball or track will not be allowed to play until their season ends.
    The New Mexico Coalition of Educational Leaders scholarship is available in the office and on the school website. The application has been extended to March 3, 2017.  Seniors all scholarship applications are available in the office or on the school website, on Ms. McGregor’s page. If you have any further questions please see Ms. O’Byrne in the office.

    Are you planning on going into the Health Science Fields?  UNM has a 5 week summer program that provides academic learning this summer.  The deadline is Monday March 20.  See Ms. O’Byrne or Ms. McGregor in the office for more information.

    The first UNM Health professions symposium is Saturday, March 25 in Albuquerque.   There are workshops in medical imaging, pharmacy, nursing, physician assistants, premed, and UNM/NMSU Cooperative program.   It is a first ever event aimed at informing students interested in the health care field. Please see Ms. O’Byrne for more information.

    Seniors that are selling Enchilada Dinner tickets for Grad Bash, the money will be due to Miss Trish by Friday March 3rd.
    Any senior wishing to pursue a career in auto mechanics please see Ms. McGregor immediately.
    Don’t forget yearbooks are still on sale. Early purchase deadline is March 10th.  Regular price is $50.00 custom is $55. See Ms. Johnson in room 130.   Yearbook would love to see your pictures with your friends.  See anyone the yearbook staff to submit one.
